Original Manual Chute

Pearson Original Manual Chute is a high quality manual squeeze chute at an affordable price.

• Brisket bar optional.
• Parallel squeeze from 9" out to 30"
• Full exit on right side of animal for side or emergency exit.
• Controls are kept simple, out of the way, and are fully reversible
• Sold with our self-catch headgate and vertical aluminum tailgate.
• Easy access to animal with convenient wing gates, removable side boards, and neck door on both sides.
• Choice Manual Chute is commonly paired with the Pearson palpation cage and scale system (not compatible with Pearson wheel kit).

Prime Manual Chute

Pearson Prime Manual Chute is designed with convenient access and time-saving features. It provides overall quieter operation. This upgraded chute is compatible with any Pearson headgate and tailgate.

• Parallel squeeze from 9" out to 30".
• Brisket bar standard to keep animal from going down in the chute.
• Full side exit on both sides of animal for emergency or side release.
• 50/50 branding gates with convenient slam latches for top half of the animal.
• Rump ratchet bars with high strength fiberglass bar coated to prevent splinters.
• Newly redesigned neck access door for wider and quieter access to the QBA triangle.
• Access to the bottom half of the animal with convenient 60/40 bottom access doors with slam latches.
• Prime Manual Chute is commonly paired with the Pearson wheel kit for portability, scale systems, and palpation cage.

Prime XL Manual Chute

The longer length of Prime XL Manual Chute includes all of the Prime upgrades plus an adjustable width palpation section with doors built into each side of the chute frame to eliminate space for calves to turn around.

• Controls conveniently located to reduce operator fatigue.
• Optional upgrades include brisket bar and hydraulic head sweep.
• Full side exit on right side of animal for emergency or side release.
• Includes high quality hydraulic headgate, parallel squeeze, and tailgate.
• Chute can be paired with optional palpation cage and scale system. Wheel kit is not compatible with this chute.
• Simple and convenient options for animal access, including neck access doors, branding gates, and removable bottom boards.

Prime XL Hydraulic Chute

The longer length of Pearson Prime XL Hydraulic Chute includes all of the Prime upgrades plus an adjustable width palpation section with doors built into each side of the chute frame to eliminate space for calves to turn around.

• Top-mounted power requires 110V or 220V power supply.
• Brisket bar standard to keep animal from going down in the chute.
• Full side exit on both sides of animal for emergency or side release.
• Controls located at top of frame or on drop arm to move to waist level.
• 50/50 branding gates with convenient slam latches for top half of the animal.
• Rump ratchet bars with high strength fiberglass bar coated to prevent splinters.
