GoBob Pipe & Steel, Mounds and Dewey Oklahoma, have begun stocking their farm and ranch products in Birmingham. This move was made in preparation of establishing a distribution facility to provide faster service and to lower freight costs to GoBob’s existing resellers and potential dealers in the Eastern U.S.

With a standing inventory in Birmingham, dealers can access products faster because they are 700 miles closer, and since all shipments are made in truckload lots, the freight basis for Eastern dealers will be lower.

Already accumulated is a stock of continuous fence panels, gates, cattle guards, pipe and pre-cut posts for corrals and fencing. Additional products will be stocked (hay feeders, cattle equipment, hay trailers etc.) as soon as it is determined what the needs are for these products. While dealers are encouraged to pick up their stock at the distribution center, plans are in the works to coordinate a “pool truck” service that dealers can share shipping costs on, which will eliminate the need to purchase full truckload lots to keep freight expenses down.

Going Up!

In 2003, GoBob began to vertically integrate to meet the needs of their customers, the cattlemen and women of America. First came a variety of feeding equipment including bunk feeders and hay feeders. GoBob quickly earned the reputation of overbuilding their equipment. We designed our equipment with durability and longevity as our primary goal.

GoBob repurposed new pipe from bomb casings (that’s right – bombs) To make a bunk feeder that will last forever.

Circa 2004 GoBob met the needs of ground hay and silage feeders by Developing the Super Bunk.

In 2003, GoBob changed hay feeders forever by developing the first square feeder for round bales that was guaranteed to cut hay waster 30% and last for 10 years at least.

2018. GoBob continues to innovate! After 3 years of testing, GoBob release the Scientific Hay Conserver Feeder, cutting hay waster 50%. Shown above is the Scientific equipped with the Maximizer Hay Rack and corner mineral boxes.

Workin' Cattle!

GoBob also saw the need for durable cattle working equipment and because we are students of the greatest livestock handlers in the world, men like Curt Pate, Bud Williams and Tom Noffsinger, we strongly believe that low stress cattle handling is more humane and more profitable. Not only do we design our equipment stronger and heavier than anyone else, we also strive to design equipment that assist the cattleman achieve low stress principles.

Then came “The best hay trailers built…PERIOD!”

GoBob and our affiliates may not be the largest trailer manufacturer in the country but we are the largest hay trailer manufacturer which illustrates our commitment to serve the beef producer. GoBob stocks and sells a hay trailer for every need, from single bale transports to twenty seven bale double-wide monster transports.

Then we really got serious.

Ranchers need tough flatbed trailers to move their tractors and equipment. When GoBob entered the flatbed trailer market, we engaged two engineers to design our trailers to eliminate the killer of trailers, metal fatigue. While most trailer manufacturers focus on how cheap they can make their trailers, GoBob concentrated on how durable we could make our trailers. Our flatbeds features include all rectangular tubing construction, wide axle spacing, torsion tubes, wide flange beams extended to the hitch, self- leveling double hinged ramps and ground stabilizers.

One of GoBob’s innovations, the patented Beast trailer neck, is the strongest neck in the business. We deal with hauling heavy equipment off road.
