Remember, we don’t charge sales tax but we are required by law to collect it unless you have an exemption.

State law requires us to collect sales tax unless you have a sales tax exemption or it is being delivered to you BY A THIRD PARTY CARRIER OUTSIDE the state of Oklahoma. If you are picking up your order, or it is being delivered in Oklahoma, we are REQUIRED to have a copy of your SMX card or other exemption on file AT THE TIME OF SALE. If you are unable to provide the exemption at the time of sale, you are still responsible to pay the sales tax. If you are from out of state and your purchase is for farm use and need assistance in obtaining a farm exemption please follow the instructions above.

**IF A SALES TAX EXEMPTION IS PROVIDED TO GOBOB WITHIN 10 DAYS FROM THE TIME OF SALE, A REFUND CAN BE REQUESTED BY CALLING 877-851-2365.
After 10 days you may request a refund through the Oklahoma Tax Commission directly through these 2 forms:
Form 13-9: APPLICATION FOR CREDIT OR REFUND OF STATE AND LOCAL SALES OR USE TAX
Form ARDD-100: Refund direct deposit form required by the state
